Job duties:
1.Marketing Research & Growth Strategy (60%)
•Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to map global demand and supply trends in international education, focusing on top and emerging source countries.
•Analyze student mobility patterns, enrollment data, government education policies, and economic indicators to guide strategic planning.
•Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to specific regions—taking into account cultural nuances, digital behavior, and marketing channel effectiveness.
•Localize positioning and messaging, ensuring our offerings resonate with prospective students from diverse global backgrounds

2.Strategic Partnership Development (40%)
•Identify, negotiate, and scale long-term partnerships with universities, recruitment agents, and education service providers across key global markets.
•Design innovative, scalable partnership models that support hybrid learning pathways, workforce readiness, and career outcomes for international students.
•Leverage market insights and regulatory updates to shape partnership strategy, while staying ahead of emerging trends in student mobility, country-specific visa policies, and shifting
demand across global regions.
