5. Hybrid Formats for International Students at Salem University
|Onsite Policy:
Salem University requires international student attend onsite residency class once per term.
Students are required to attend on-campus sessions once every two months, typically held on Saturdays for a full day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
|Vacation Policy:
International students at Salem University can take term breaks.
- The official break period is from May to September. During this time, students are permitted to continue using CPT. Students are not required to complete three academic terms before becoming eligible for this break.
- Students can apply for CPT work authorization during the vacation period.

Salem University adheres to USCIS regulations to authorize CPT for international students.
