Partnering for Impact: Two Days at Indiana Wesleyan University

A Two-Day Celebration of Community and Growth

This event was more than a series of meetings—it was a fully immersive experience. Over two productive days, GoElite facilitated structured feedback interviews between students and representatives from Indiana Wesleyan University. Students shared their academic journeys, on-campus impressions, and candid reflections on their hybrid program experiences. These conversations generated valuable insights that will inform continuous improvements to our shared support model for professional hybrid programs.

To foster a positive and engaging atmosphere, we also hosted complimentary lunch sessions on both days and organized a prize raffle. These touchpoints not only boosted energy and morale but also created meaningful moments of connection among students, faculty, and staff.

Career-Driven Conversations

One of the highlights of the event was our professional networking, designed to foster peer-to-peer connection and career-focused dialogue. Students were grouped by professional background, allowing them to engage in meaningful conversations with peers on similar career paths. These small-group discussions also provided the GoElite team with valuable insight into each student’s academic goals and professional aspirations—insights that will directly inform the ongoing development of student consultation and support strategies.

The IWU onsite visit reminded us once again why these in-person experiences matter so much. Seeing our students engaged, inspired, and connected energizes us for what’s ahead. As we move further into 2025, we’re committed to expanding these events, deepening our university partnerships, and continuing to walk alongside every student on their journey.
