Digital Marketing Summer Intern — Content & Growth

Location: Remote (PST-friendly hours)

Duration: 3 months, with potential full-time extension

Compensation: $18 - $23 per hour

What You'll Do

• Build and grow communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, and Reddit — driving membership, engagement, and qualified leads into our pipeline.
• Take ownership of social channels, like Instagram and TikTok — including content strategy, posting cadence, copy, and performance tracking.
• Analyze across social and campaign data — identifying growth patterns and translating those patterns into clear next-steps.
• Play important role in GoElite’s flagship events—from building promotional momentum and coordinating with speakers and partners to transforming each event into long-term, high-impact content.

What We're Looking For

• You understand the international student experience from the inside.
• Hands-on experience with growing personal or business social channels, community groups, or campus organization
• Comfortable working with Canva, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, a social scheduling tool (Hootsuite or similar), and CRM basics (HubSpot).
• Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools — image generation, AI video, or AI-content repurposing (Claunde, Gemini Nanobanana, Opusclip, Descript, Canva AI etc)
• Background in digital marketing or currently pursuing studies in a related field

Nice to Haves

• You'd love to build your online presence — whether through video content, live streams, or else — and you genuinely enjoy sharing what you know with an audience.
• Has managed a large community on Telegram, WhatsApp, or Reddit — you know what it takes to keep thousands of people engaged and coming back.
• Understanding of international students' immigration challenges, from OPT, CPT, to H-1B and beyond
• Basic understanding of HubSpot workflows or CRM contact segmentation.
