Location: Remote (PST-friendly hours)
Duration: 5 months, with potential extension
Compensation: $17 - $21 per hour
What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean, organized CRM by ensuring accurate data, healthy pipelines, and consistent segmentation across regions.
- Streamline marketing and sales processes through HubSpot workflows, automated nurture sequences, and smart lead routing.
- Leverage Al tools, including HubSpot' s native Al and GPT connectors, to enhance communication, reporting, and productivity.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with any CRM (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce a plus).
- Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic data concepts (properties, deduplication, segmentation).
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, HubSpot Reports).
- Basic understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Awareness of data privacy and governance principles (e.g., GDPR, FERPA).
