U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will increase the filing fee for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, to adjust for inflation.
After three years of unchanged fees, the Department of Homeland Security is now increasing the premium processing fees for all eligible forms and categories to reflect inflation from June 2021 to June 2023. The adjustment raises certain fees from $1,500 to $1,685, $1,750 to $1,965, and $2,500 to $2,805.
DHS will use the increased premium processing fee revenue to enhance processing services, improve adjudications, address demand, reduce backlogs, and fund USCIS services.
If a Form I-907 is postmarked on or after Feb. 26, 2024 with the incorrect fee, USCIS will reject the form and return the fee. For commercial courier filings, the postmark date is the date on the courier receipt.
