Last week, our team had the privilege of attending the 2026 CCME Symposium — one of the most important gatherings for professionals dedicated to military and veteran education. It was a powerful reminder of why this work matters.
The energy in the room was incredible: counselors, university representatives, education officers, and nonprofit leaders, all united around a single mission — helping those who served unlock the full value of their education benefits.
Beyond the sessions and workshops, CCME gave us the opportunity to sit down face-to-face with organizations that share our values. We built relationships with new VSOs, nonprofit education advocates, and military installation education officers — all of whom are working in the same space you are.
Our conversations centered on reducing friction for veterans entering degree programs: aligning Tuition Assistance and GI Bill pathways, recognizing military service credits, and designing student support models that actually meet veterans where they are.
As a VeteranDegrees partner, these new relationships strengthen the pipeline between our platform and your institution. Every counseling organization and VSO we connect with is a new referral channel — veterans who will be guided toward programs like yours.
We're also bringing back insights from CCME that we'd love to share with your enrollment and veteran services teams directly.
We'd love to schedule a brief call to share what we learned, discuss how your institution can benefit from our growing network, and explore how we can deepen our partnership in 2026.
