The H-1B lottery registration typically opens in early March and closes by mid-March each year. If you want to check whether your employer has registered you for the lottery, you can create a new H-1B Registration account. Follow these steps:

Obtain your company's basic information and EIN (on the W-2 form).

On the USCIS website, search for "H-1B Electronic Registration Process" and create an H-1B application account.

Fill in the company information and your own personal information as the H-1B beneficiary.

Before clicking "Review," use the "Check for Duplication" option.

Click "Check for Duplication." If the result shows "Duplicated Application Exists," it means the company has already submitted your information.

Log out of the account (do not click "Next," as this will lead to the payment page).

If you want to delete this account, go to "Settings" and select "Delete this Account."
