Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) has officially announced the opening of a new campus in Forney, Texas, located at 680 Innovation Blvd., Forney, TX 75126. This expansion brings more accessible and flexible program options to international students in the Dallas area, particularly those interested in high-demand tech fields.
Through this new campus, IWU continues to grow its International Student Programs by offering graduate degrees designed for working professionals and international students seeking practical training opportunities and career-aligned education.
Starting Fall C 2026 (October 29), IWU will offer the following master’s programs at the Texas location:
MS in Computer Information Systems – Artificial Intelligence
MS in Artificial Intelligence – Data Analytics
These students will complete two in-person residency sessions in Forney, scheduled for November 6–8, 2026, and March 19–21, 2027.
Additional programs will be available for Winter 2027 starts (January through March), including:
MS in Data Analytics
MS in Information Technology Project Management
MS in Computer Information Systems – AI
MS in AI – Data Analytics
Residency dates for these winter cohorts include March 19–21, 2027. A second residency date is to be determined.
IWU will continue to offer start dates throughout Summer 2027:
Summer A: May 3, 2027
Summer B: May 31, 2027
Summer C: June 28, 2027
Students attending the Forney campus through the ISP program will complete only their first two required residencies in Texas. All remaining residencies will take place at IWU’s Merrillville, Indiana campus. Additionally, I-20 records will be issued from the Merrillville Education Center, which serves as the official SEVIS campus location.
The launch of IWU’s Texas campus provides a timely option for students seeking a flexible, tech-focused master’s program with practical training and CPT eligibility. Forney’s proximity to Dallas—a growing hub for innovation and industry—makes it a strategic location for both academic growth and professional development.
