Who is GoElite - are you the school or the government?

We're GoElite, an independent education consultancy based in Pasadena, California - not the school and not a government office. We're the official recruiting representative for a group of accredited partner universities and an AIRC-certified agency; you apply on the school's own portal, and the school makes the admission decision.
