S4 Q&A: The school asked me to complete an international student portal (like Terra Dotta) - what is it?

Many schools use a separate international-student portal - Terra Dotta is a common one - where you upload I-20 documents and complete transfer or change-of-status forms. Your admission email has the login; complete every item there, because the I-20 isn't issued until it's done. Tell me if any item is unclear.
