S4 Q&A: I can't find the option to add an education consultant in my portal.

 Open the application itself first - the consultant option usually sits inside it, under Resources, not on the portal's home page. Compare with the screenshots in our guide, and if it still isn't there, reply with a screenshot of what you see. A teammate will ask the school to add us on their side.
