Sometimes, if the school runs your program at both campuses - but each campus can have its own SEVIS code and on-site schedule, so ask admissions in writing before your I-20 is issued, not after. A different campus can also change your travel cost and the dates you need to be on site. Tell me the school and both cities and I'll check which campuses it lists for your program.
