S2 Q&A: While I'm applying, is there anything I must NOT do?

Four things: don't stop maintaining your current status (keep working legally if you're on OPT or a work visa, keep attending if you're a student); don't ask your current school to release your SEVIS record yet; don't quit a job or leave the country without talking to me first; and don't pay any school before admission. Everything else is normal life. Anything on that list already done?
