S2 Q&A: What's a Medium-of-Instruction (MOI) letter?

A letter from your previous university stating your program was taught and assessed in English - for some schools it replaces a test score. Ask the registrar or your department; letterhead, signature, your name and dates. I'll check whether [School] accepts MOI before you request it.
