S2 Q&A: The school wants a transfer-in form completed by my current DSO - what is it?

A short form where your current school's international office confirms your status, program, and CPT/OPT history so the new school can accept your SEVIS record later. Fill in your part, send it to your current DSO, and they return it - usually within a week or two. It does not release your record; that happens only after admission, on a date we set together.
