Nearly the same, minus US status documents (no I-94 or I-20 yet) and with extra weight on the passport, financial proof and academic records, since they also support your visa interview later. Some schools want a home address and a US contact too - I'll flag [School]'s extras from the Library. US degree, or will you need an English test?
