S2 Q&A: Does the school do its own transcript evaluation, or do I need WES / NACES?

It varies by school, and it's worth choosing around: in-house evaluation saves you the NACES fee and 2-4 weeks. Several partners evaluate internally; others require a NACES-member evaluation (WES is the common one).
