I am already F-1 at another school - how do I move over?

Through a SEVIS transfer: once you're admitted, tell your current school the plan, submit their transfer-out form, they release your record on an agreed date, and the new school issues your I-20 and CPT from there. Your status never breaks - the one thing we watch closely is picking that release date well.
