Do I need WES certification? What counts as an official transcript?

Two different things. Official vs unofficial: anything you upload yourself is unofficial; official means your old school or an evaluation agency sends it directly to the new school. WES: several partners evaluate internally - your English transcript is enough, no WES; others require a third-party evaluation (WES takes 2-4 weeks, so we start early). I'll tell you which bucket each school is in.
